The Cumberland Times News reports a Grant County man has admitted guilt in a federal firearms charge. William Jonathan Turner, 40, of Petersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of firearms. Turner, a person prohibited from having a firearm, admitted to having three pistols and a rifle in March 2018 in Hampshire County, Powell said.
He faces up to 10 years' incarceration and a fine of up to $250,000.
