Justice: Union Pressure will not Dictate Education Decisions in WV

During Wednesday’s virtual COVID-19 briefing West Virginia Governor Jim Justice once again spoke about his call for schools to return to in-person classes on January 19, saying kids need to be in school. He also discussed what he says is pressure being applied by teachers unions for school systems to remain in virtual learning. Justice said that he will always have an open door and he welcomes any dialogue with teachers- but he won’t let union representatives dictate his decisions…
