“We are thrilled to have Dr. Piraino on our team,” says Stepping Stone President Susan McDonald. “Micha brings with her considerable experience in low-cost spay/neuter techniques as well as a passion for animals and a dedication to high clinical standards. We know that her involvement will help us deliver the best services possible to the animals and people of our community for years to come.”

The new clinic is the first low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Allegany County, located at 12510 Naves Cross Roads in Cumberland and will start surgeries in early January.  Those interested in making an appointment can contact the clinic at (240) 362-7547.
