Lincoln Street Crimes Charged Against Baltimore Man

On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Justin Devan Johnson.

The warrant was issued by District Court in reference to an incident that took place at a Lincoln Street residence where Johnson is alleged to have attempted to kick open the front door and upon entering the residence, he assaulted a female victim and damaged property.

Johnson was charged with burglary 3rd, and 4th degree, assault, and destruction of property. Johnson was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.

Justin Devan Johnson, age; 35, Baltimore, Maryland.
