The new month begins Friday with wintry weather. Snow will fall in Maryland late Thursday night into Friday morning. By the time we get up Friday morning, snow will be falling and there will be a little on the ground. Temperatures will be in the 20s and low 30s. By lunchtime, the storm will be gone. The total predicted snow accumulation has gone up some as the center of the storm now looks like it will fall more-directly overhead, bringing more moisture with it. Ultimately, 1-3 inches of snow is expected for the Cumberland area.
