Governor Larry Hogan announced Thursday that state employees who work in congregant settings with vulnerable citizens must be vaccinated or face regular Covid testing. Maryland state employees who work in congregate settings must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination effective Sept. 1. Hogan said state employees working in congregate settings will be required to show proof of vaccination or adhere to strict masking requirements and submit to regular COVID-19 testing
