Mayor and Council Members Represent City at Ocean City Conference

The city of Cumberland was well represented during last week’s Summer Conference of the Maryland Municipal League in Ocean City with Mayor Ray Morriss, Council members Eugene Frazier and Seth  Bernard joined by City Administrator Jeff Rhodes and Assistant Administrator Margie Woodring all  in attendance.     We needed 5 (FIVE) representatives to attend to hear the same messages? My take; Waste of Cumberland Taxpayer money.
