A leading Maryland Democrat now appears to be leaning toward impeachment proceedings against the president. House Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings said this week that President Trump's ongoing efforts to keep information from various committees- including his own- is giving many democrats a reason to consider it. The Maryland Democrat has stressed in interviews "that his party will continue their investigations into Trump as they decide their next steps after the Justice Department released Mueller's report on his probe into Russia's election interference. After previously calling impeachment talk premature- Cummings says a continued lack of cooperation from the White House has him re-thinking that position…
