Morriss: City Tax Cut not Foreseeable

In June of 2017 the Cumberland Mayor and City Council approved a 9.7% tax increase with a pledge to work toward reducing that hike as soon as fiscally possible. Four years later- and with the city in a  healthier financial position- still no reduction is planned.
