On 1/19/2021 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Harley Michael Higson. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court when Higson violated his probation. Higson was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on a $2,500 bond.
Arrest: Harley Michael Higson, age 29, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Violation of Probation
On 1/19/2021 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Amber Nicole Tallman. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court when Tallman violated her probation. Tallman was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own recognizance.
Arrest: Amber Nicole Tallman, age 26, Cumberland Maryland.
