On 03/15/2020 at approximately 12:00AM officers from the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Weber Street for an assault. Officers contacted the victim and observed injuries consistent with the assault. As a result of the investigation John Owen Western was placed under arrest. Mr. Western was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending an initial appearance.
Arrested – John Owen Western (34) Cumberland, MD
Charge – Assault 2nd Degree
