On December 20th, 2020, The Cumberland City Police Dept. arrested Lisa Ann Haas, 55, of Cumberland MD. Hass was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the District Court of Maryland for failing to appear in court on an original charge of Theft less than $100. Hass was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was released on her own personal recognizance.
