Police Serve Criminal Summons for Theft

On Thursday, April 16th, the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Allysan Rachel-Isaac McDaniel charging her with theft.  The summons was issued in reference to an incident back on April 9th, 2020 when McDaniel was identified as the person who left a Virginia Avenue convenience store without paying for merchandise.  She signed and received her charging document and was released pending trial.

    Surprised this is not happening more, people need to eat and they’re not getting paid.
