A new poll finds the majority of Marylanders would support a tax hike if it meant better public education in the state. Ironically the poll also shows most residents are unaware of the work of a state commission which makes recommendations on public school reforms and how to pay for them. Seventy percent of those surveyed believed the state is spending "too little" on public education, while 19% felt the state was spending "too much" and 6% felt the state was spending the "right amount of money." Pollster Mileah Kromer said most Marylander’ say they would be willing to pay more in taxes to improve education…

Who and how did they do this poll? I know for sure they did not ask me. Nor do they speak for me. Lets be clear, YES, I mind paying more taxes for education.
