District 1 State Senator George Edwards has been reading over the report of the Kirwan Commission, and says he wants to see the way a county’s ability to afford changes is used at the state level.
Edwards says the current wealth formula is out of whack, and has cost at least one of the counties he represents a lot of money in state aid…

Senator Edwards can’t have it both ways. On the one hand he votes to keep wages from increasing and then argues that people have no money.
