Seven Interested In School Superintendent Position

As of early yesterday afternoon, seven individuals had expressed an interest in taking the helm of the Allegany County Public School system on an interim basis.  WCBC has learned that four of the applicants are currently employed by ACPS, while three are from outside the system.

During a recent appearance on the Dave Norman Program, school board Vice President Dr David Bohn talked about the need to have an interim superintendent in place for an extended period in order to do a proper search for a full time leader…

    The best suited applicant for the position will have experience as a Kindergarten teacher. That will suit them well in dealings with the School Board members.

    Dr. Bohn is so ill-qualified to be a school board member. Several more applicants came in he said he doesn’t know who they are? Geesh. Do your job man.
