Shade, Incumbents Valentine and Brodie Jr. Win Commissioner Election

November 5th, 2014 by WCBC Radio

The race for Allegany County Commissioner was once again dominated by the Republican candidates.  The top vote getter was newcomer Jake Shade, who is optimistic that he can build solid relationships with municipal governments and the board of education.

Incumbent Creade Brodie won re-election but was upset that rumors were being spread about him on eve of the election.
