State’s Attorney Elliot Tells WCBC Opiod Crisis Continues Unimpeded During Pandemic

Allegany County’s new State’s Attorney tells WCBC News that unfortunately the Coronavirus pandemic has done nothing to slow the opioid crisis in the county and says, in fact, the problem is growing. James Elliot was sworn in to office last month succeeding Mike Twigg, who was recently appointed judge of Allegany County Circuit Court.
