On Saturday F the Cumberland City Police served Criminal Summonses on the following individuals;
Desirae Washington, age 33 of Cumberland, Charges: failing to send child to school. Summons served and released pending trial in District Court.
Latoya Taylor, age 33 of Cumberland, Charges: failing to send child to school. Summons served and released pending trial in District Court.
Michelle Laprad, age 42 of Cumberland, was served with two separate Criminal Summonses. The first summons charged Laprad with second degree assault. The victim of the alleged assault applied for charges in District Court alleging Laprad assaulted her on February 13, 2019. The second Criminal Summons was also applied for by a citizen alleging that Laprad assaulted her on two separate occasions on February 10, 2019. Laprad was served with both Criminal Summonses and released pending trail in District Court
