Two Baltimore Men Sentenced For Selling Drugs In Allegany County

The Office of the State’s Attorney for Allegany County, Michael O. Twigg, State’s Attorney, along with the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, announced on Thursday, Antonio Henderson-Gill, Baltimore, Maryland was found guilty in Allegany County Circuit Court of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

After the guilty verdict, the Honorable M. Kenneth Long Jr., visiting Circuit Court Judge for Allegany County, sentenced Henderson-Gill to 20 years in the Maryland Division of Correction, with 8 years suspended for a total of 12 years actual incarceration. Upon release, Henderson-Gill will be on 3 years supervised probation.   

The case was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, into the distribution and sales of fentanyl in the Allegany County area.  

The state was represented by Assistant State’s Attorney Samuel J. Lane. The defendant represented himself.In a separate case on Thursday, March 7, the Office of the State’s Attorney for Allegany County, Michael O. Twigg, State’s Attorney, along with the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, announced Cherrod A. Mackall, Baltimore, Maryland was found guilty of distribution of cocaine in Allegany County Circuit Court.

After the guilty verdict, the Honorable M. Kenneth Long Jr., visiting Circuit Judge for Allegany County, sentenced Mackall to 4 years in the Maryland Division of Correction with all but 18 months suspended.  Upon release, Mackall will be placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

The case was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, into the distribution and sales of cocaine in the Allegany County area.

The state was represented by Assistant State’s Attorney Samuel J. Lane.  The defendant was represented by Sean P. Gallagher, Esq.
