Why would people “looking to local businesses” be seeking any workforce? The local businesses may be seeking a workforce. People may be looking to local businesses for jobs but what he said makes no sense regardless of what followed. Beware the child of a muddled brain.

Bob, The workforce that your seeking is the workforce of businesses who are in change. Therefore, a workforce is workforce in in of itself. It’s simple. You are not trained if the workforce has created economic downdraft in a flux economy. Training is the root of workforce not yet developed for work which is in transition.

Bob, I think that the “local businesses” was a mistake and should have read “locate” businesses.
