DPM be careful on passing judgement on others as you will be judged. The report says nothing about race. You make a statement that is mean, disrespectful and totally without a source, as 3 of the arrest are white. And your statement “ Big city Blacks” is down right inexcusable. The white population in small towns are giving the city a run for their money. This is not a LOL moment.
