Late in the 11 AM hour, this piece of equipment had an issue with its wheels, and that has caused additional problems with traffic in the Mechanic Street/Baltimore Street area.
This incident compounds delays due to a construction project on North Mechanic Street.
Cumberland City Police are enforcing a one lane situation until the issue can be rectified.
