Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on William Kirby. The warrants were issued as a result of Kirby failing to appear in court on two counts of trespassing set for January 15, 2025. Kirby was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was remanded by the District Court Commissioner on a $1,000 bond. 

ARRESTED:  William Douglas Kirby     AGE: 68           Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGE:  FTA – Trespass Private Property x2.

Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Mark Myers. The warrant was issued as a result of Myers failing to appear in court on two different charges set for May 5, 2025. Myers was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was remanded by the District Court Commissioner on a $1,000 bond. 

ARRESTED:  Mark William Myers      AGE: 42           Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGES:  FTA – Malicious Destruction of Property, FTA – Disorderly Conduct.

Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Eric Marmaduke. The warrants were issued as a result of Marmaduke failing to obey the conditions of his pretrial release set on February 12, 2025. Marmaduke was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was remanded by the District Court Commissioner without bond. 

ARRESTED:  Eric Roger Marmaduke      AGE: 55           Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGES:  Failure to Comply x2.
