Let’s Beautify Cumberland! will be joining The Canal Place Preservation Authority for the 4th of July Festivities at Canal Place and not on Washington Street as previously held for the past 11 years.  LBC! is sponsoring DJ Mark Stevens, who will be playing patriotic music during the Fireworks which follow the Potomac Concert Band which begins at 7:30 p.m. Free parking will be provided by The Cumberland Times-News at their lot on South Mechanic Street.  WCBC Radio and will broadcasting live the evening’s musical events and fireworks on 1270AM and 103.1FM.

Some chairs will be available, but it is recommended that attendees bring their own seating.
