The Allegany County Commissioners took action at their last meeting to make Roger Bennett the official Director of Emergency Services after serving in that capacity since October.  County Administrator Jason Bennett told WCBC that through Roger Bennett’s work, previous issues within the Emergency Services division have stabilized and are moving forward…

  

“It’s part of the reason we took action to make Roger official. He well more than earned it at this point. He’s got respect of the volunteer fire department. He’s got respect of his own employees within the operation, and things are going as well as they could be.”
