On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to an abandoned building in the 200 Block of Baltimore Street to assist the City Code Enforcement with individuals trespassing inside the building. Upon arrival, Officers located Kimberly Carnley and William Dibuono inside the building, which had several conspicuously posted "No Trespassing" signs on the outside. Both Dibuono and Carnley were placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where they await their initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

CHARGES: Burglary Fourth Degree, CDS Paraphernalia Possession
