The National Police Bloodhound Association is holding a 40-Hour Training Certification Seminar in Garrett County.
The seminar starts Sunday, April 28. Based from Wisp Resort, events will be spread across locations in Garrett County. Over 60 police vehicles from different regions will be in the area.
Officers and their K9 bloodhound partners will be visible conducting training exercises in towns, wooded areas, parks, and neighborhoods. Residents may notice an increased presence of law enforcement and K9 units in their communities.
