West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore-Capito took time on the Senate floor late last week to honor the outgoing president of West Virginia University.  Dr. Gordon Gee retired as WVU’s president after serving two tenures at the University.  Capito said his educational legacy would be felt for years to come…
