The Maryland Chamber of Commerce recently set out their legislative priorities for 2026. The Chamber sees an uncertain session ahead, but as advocates for business, they have set talking points including sustaining transportation funding and the reliance on the gas tax as a key funding sources. They are also looking for a regulatory framework to be developed around data privacy and artificial intelligence innovation.
