On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department were on patrol in the area of the Riverside Park on Greene Street when they observed several individuals consuming alcoholic beverages in public. Nicky Linn and Amber Wariner were both issued civil citations for the open containers and released on scene. The Officers returned to the scene after some time and observed Warner consuming an open container again. She was issued a second citation and released.
