The City of Cumberland Engineering Department on behalf of Columbia Gas of MD and its contractor Shaffer Construction would like to notify the public the weather pending milling and paving operations will be taking place on Fayette Street from Will Creek Ave to High Street. Wills Creek Ave and Wilmont Ave will also be part of the paving operation. Paving Operations will take place Wednesday Oct 25 thru Friday Oct 27. Paving times will be from 7am to 5 pm. Please use caution while traveling in the areas of construction and expect some traffic delays. Flaggers will be present in the areas of work. Parking will be restricted in the areas affected by the milling operation. Any question please contact the City of Cumberland Engineering Department 301-759-6600.
