On Monday, October 20, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served two criminal summonses on Cathy Nixon.  The summonses were issued as the result of private citizens filing charges against Nixon at the District Court of Allegany County.  Nixon signed for her copies and she was released pending trial.

CHARGES:  Peace Order: Fail to Comply
