On Friday, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Fayette Street address for a domestic disturbance. When officers arrived, contact with made with Jason Edward Hanlin. Hanlin was intoxicated and belligerent towards officers. He was told several times to stop creating a disturbance which was attracting attention from his neighbors. He was eventually arrested because he continued to cause a disturbance in officer’s presence. He was later issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct.
Jason Edward Hanlin, age; 36, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Disorderly conduct.
Criminal citation issued.
