On Thursday, September 11th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served multiple Criminal and Civil Citations as a result of ongoing increased patrols in the downtown mall and surrounding area. During the patrols, officers observed numerous violations resulting in the following charges:

ARRESTED -  Sydni Rene' Radcliffe,  Meyersdale PA,   27yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public, Littering

ARRESTED -  Robert Kyle Miller,  Cumberland MD,   53yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public

ARRESTED -  Melony Lynn Melvin,  Cumberland MD,  42yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public x2, Set Up Bedding Outdoors.

ARRESTED -  Brian Edward Conn, Cumberland MD,  55yo.
CHARGES -  Trespassing-Posted Property

ARRESTED -  Jessica Nichole Giles, Cumberland MD, 41yo.
CHARGES -  Set Up Bedding Outdoors.

ARRESTED -   Ronald Lewis Giles III, Cumberland MD, 37yo.
CHARGES -  Set Up Bedding Outdoors.

ARRESTED -   Woodward Ginter Diven, Cumberland MD, 54yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public

ARRESTED -   Keith Louis Wilkins, Ridgeley WV, 37yo.
CHARGES -  Set Up Bedding Outdoors

ARRESTED -  Angela Deanne Guinn,  Flintstone MD, 58yo.
CHARGES -  Open Container Alcohol in Public, 

All subjects were issued their respective citations and released, pending trial in District Court.
