House Minority Leader Jason Buckel tells WCBC News that it's time to get beyond the FEMA denial of funds for Georges Creek flooding and focus on what the state of Maryland and local government can accomplish.  Buckel said while not every part of the $33 million list of repairs can be fixed, much can be done to restore damages from last May's flooding.
