DHS Under Scrutiny After Teen’s Death

“You know, I think the Governor has the ability, he’s maybe the only person who has the ability, to put a stop to this today and say I want to know before I go to sleep tonight where every kid in the care of the State of Maryland is going to sleep, and I want to know who the caregivers are, and I want to know that they have been run through a database maintained by the Maryland State Police that they are not criminals.”
