On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of Frederick Street at Mechanic Street for the report of a shirtless male causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with Jacob Baker, who had already been previously advised not to create any further disturbances. Baker was placed under arrest and issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct. He was released pending his trial at the Allegany District Court. 

Arrest: Jacob Allen Baker, Age 36, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Disorderly Conduct.
