A former educator, coach and athletic director in Mineral and Grant counties has been arrested on five felony counts of child pornography.  Travis Scott Liller, 34, was charged Monday in Mineral County with three counts of distributing or exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. In Grant County, he was charged on the same day with two counts of use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct.  Liller posted a $10,000 bond in Mineral County and a $40,000 bond in Grant for his release from custody.  Liller was a driver’s education instructor, coach and athletic director at Keyser High School.  He previously taught and coached in the Grant County school system, and was an athletic director at Petersburg High School.
