Kaitlynn Fratz has been promoted at the University of Maryland – named the Director of Scouting and Player Development for the women's baskewtball team. Fratz, a stand out at Northern High School, continued her playing career at Cal University of PA before becoming a graduate assistant at Valdosta State. Fratz was hired at the University of Maryland last summer.
