The Appalachian Regional Commission’s 13 states came together at Frostburg State University for their annual conference this week.  Maryland Governor Wes Moore who is serving as co-chair along with Gayle Manchin, spoke to attendees, giving them encouragement to continue their work, despite program funding not being finalized due to federal government delays…
