Governor Justice Pushes Tax Plan with stops in Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice took a sales trip to the eastern panhandle this week- encouraging those residents who may be skeptical- to take a closer look at his plan to eliminate income the state income tax.  The governor  has been promoting his plan with town hall meetings across the state- most recently making stops in Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs. He says his proposal will attract more residents to the Mountain State and drive economic growth. He addressed addressed concerns at his town hall that taxes will have to be raised on other goods and services to make up for the lost income tax revenue
