On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 200 Block of Greene Street for the report of a fight in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with one of the suspects, Curtis Jones. During the investigation, Jones continued to create a disturbance after Officers ordered him not to. As a result, Jones was placed under arrest and taken before a District Court Commissioner, where he was released on his own recognizance pending his trial.

CHARGES: Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey, Intoxicated Public Disturbance
