Heat index values up to 102 expected in the valleys in Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany County. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Hardy, and Morgan Counties. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
