The Humpty Dumpty Learning Center in Cumberland is celebrating a teacher with 50 years of educating local children. Mrs Twigg wiil be honored during an open house on Sunday, September 28th from 2 till 4 p.m. at the school. Past and present students are encouraged to share photos, memories and enjoying refreshments during the celebration.
