U.S. Senator Jim Justice of West Virginia has agreed to pay the federal government over five million dollars in back taxes.  The taxes go back over 15 years.  Justice made his money in the coal industry and his family owns the Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
