Contingency Plans Needed in WV after Governor Tests COVID Positive

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced late Tuesday that he had tested positive for Coronavirus and was having moderate symptoms.   He is being treated by a team of doctors, including Dr. Clay Marsh.

Ironically, a month ago Justice told a press conference that he may have been in close contact with a person who had later tested positive.   WCBC News asked Governor Justice what contingency plans had been put into place, since West Virginia does not have a lieutenant governor…
