On Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at approximately 1:44 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of Knox Street for an assault.  Police contacted an alleged victim who reported that he had been assaulted by Jeremy Livengood Sr.  Officers were able to observe that the victim had sustained injuries.  Livengood Sr. was arrested and seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  At the conclusion, Livengood Sr. was released on his personal recognizance.
