A local attorney is currently being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on various charges after an arrest on Friday morning. This follows an arrest on September 25 in Kentucky on reckless driving and drug charges.  David James Hare, 53, was arrested in Mount Sterling, Kentucky after the car he was driving almost hit a police cruiser. He was cited for reckless driving, operating a vehicle under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
