On September 1st, 2025 at approximately 6:25 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 700 block of Maryland Avenue for an individual refusing to leave a taxi cab. Officers were eventually able to remove the individual from the cab, and later identified the male as Blair Anthony Pinacle. Pinacle was advised to leave the area. Prior to leaving Pinacle removed his genitals, in front of Police and passers-by, and began to urinate. Pinacle was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. He was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and released pending trial at District Court.
